Yung Kee Restaurant acquires fame in Hong Kong for its gourmet specialty-Roast Goose, and CHiNGLiSH Concepts was privileged in rebranding this historical restaurant.

We created a new brand slogan "Taste of Art, Made with Heart" to show the warmth and heart that is put into every Yung Kee dish. And our goal was to bring Yung Kee to a broader customer base by designing new brand visuals but still maintaining a touch of history and memory.

It was a great experience and opportunity to be part of such a historical restaurant and helping them to move forward but still keeping the essence of this heritage.

以「飛天燒鵝」馳名國際的香港鏞記酒家,在2012年歡慶其七十週年慶。CHiNGLiSH Concepts 很榮幸的為香港鏞記酒家重整品牌識別規劃,以及執行全新的視覺設計。

一代文豪林語堂大師,曾在到訪鏞記時讚歎其美味絕頂天下,而情不自禁揮毫題字道:「鏞記酒家天下第一」。CHiNGLiSH Concepts 使用此鎮店之寶來重新設計鏞記酒家的商標,搭配英文及篆刻化舊有之飛鵝標誌,使新的識別標誌更有整體感及雅緻的風範,並延伸應用至各式禮盒、備品、餐具、菜單等物件。

品牌規劃方面,CHiNGLiSH Concepts 具體勾勒出其品牌精神:「真傳味、絕頂藝、返家情、交心禮」,從文化、廚藝、環境、服務等四大面向不斷提升的企業期許中,提供每一位翩然來到的賓客,都能在這別無分號的正宗粵菜餐廳中,體會到溫暖歡迎的氛圍、享受熟悉喜愛的味道。

美味之於鏞記,除了是用來與賓客溝通的內容外,更是以文化入菜的調味,一門呈獻珍饈佳餚的藝術。新視覺形像已於2015年面世,並將跟隨鏞記邁向下一個輝煌的七十年!
